Lal~Qila began it's journey on Harry Hines Blvd and was started by Nawaz and Munira Shalwani in January 2010 first named as "Desi Kabob House and Cafe". The name was later on changed to 'Lal~Qila EXPRESS'. With the amazing feedback that we received, we decided to open up a bigger operation in a location where the crowd was continuously requesting. Today, we are one of the best Pakistani/Indian restaurants in Carrollton, providing the most fresh and delicious food, with the best prices and amazing service. This restaurant is owned and operated by the Shalwani family (THE OWNER [NAWAZ] IS THE CHEF). Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service and the best food in town, and also continue to improve any factors to make this the BEST Pakistani Restaurant in town in the coming years!!!!!
